The investment and feasibility advisory wing of Encotech Limited consists of professionals including bankers, investment analysts, engineers and industry experts in the fields of power, infrastructure, ship-building, commercial paper, syndicated financing, private equity and equity trading services. The different teams, particularly the power team include industry analysts, engineers, feasibility experts catering to varied requirements of the client in between the processes of inception of a PPA contract negotiations up to ECA arrangements. Encotech engages its different tiers of services at different verticals of the business but predominantly works as management consultants for the clients as a whole.

Encotech offers following services for its clients so that the finance arrangement procedures becomes very convenient:
- Conduct pre-feasibility study to assess financial strength of the project including projected cash flows;
- Conduct detail economic, technical and financial due diligence for the project;
- Undertake detail feasibility study including recommendations and way forward;
- Prepare bankable feasibility report and financial model for finance arrangement;
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and situational stress testing to analyze financial strength of the project;
- Assist client, as and when required, to respond to any queries (finance, economic, technical) from banks/NBFIs so that it accelerates finance arrangement process.
